Do you provide cleaning supplies?
Yes. I provide basic supplies such as Bleach, Ajax/Comet, Windex, and 409 (brands may vary). All mopping is done in Pine Sol. Anything outside of these basic cleaning supplies will need to be provided by the customer. We do not supply toilet paper, trash bags or paper towels. We supply basic tools such as Mop, Mop Bucket, Broom, Vacuum and Duster. We do not supply toilet brushes for sanitary reasons.
How long does the cleaning take?
It depends on the condition and size of the home but most cleanings take 3-4 hours for initial deep cleanings then 1-2 hours on weekly basis. (We do not contract out our work and each job is typically done by only 1-2 family team-members.)
Do we have to be home during the cleaning?
No. As long as we have a way to enter the home, you are not required to be home unless you want to.
Do we have to sign a contract?
No. We do ask for 24-hour notice of cancellations.
Do you offer a discount for paying the whole month in advance?
Yes. We offer a 10% discount on weekly cleanings and 5% discount on bi-weekly cleanings when paid for on or before the 1st of the month.
How do I arrange for service and how much do you charge?
Just contact us if you are interested in an on going service, we set up an appointment for a free in-home estimate. The estimate takes approximately 15 minutes. During which time the representative from our office will visit each room and explain the tasks that will be completed. At the completion of the walk through a written estimate of the cleaning fees will be supplied and any questions answered.
What if I only want a one time cleaning?
We are happy to do one time cleanings. Just contact our office to make arrangements.
If I have pet(s), do I need to secure them while your team is cleaning?
If you are not at home while we clean, we do ask that you introduce your pet(s) to our employees on the first visit. Many of our customers also show our teams where the animal treats are. This way, when the team arrives at the home they give the pet(s) a treat and go about their business. Our employees are all animal friendly. Should your pet(s) be very protective of your home when you are away, we would ask that you secure your pet(s).
